I found this doctor because I needed an airman's medical for aviation, but what I didn't expect to find was my new go to person for everything medical. Extremely knowledgeable and actually listens to the patient. He also is very much open to holistic and common sense solutions not just straight to taking medication.

Dr. Patterson is most definitely the most caring Health Care Provider I’ve ever seen. He listen to all your concerns and answers your questions so that you understand what treatment is best for you. First, the wait time to see the Dr is shorter than anywhere I have been. Dr Patterson takes a keen interest in his patients and does a great job of communicating his concern for your welfare.

Everyone of the Staff at Back to Basics Medical is friendly, professional and competent. Dr. Patterson is one of only two Doctors I have met in my 7 decades of life that actually listens, researches and responds to patient needs. In my opinion, most other Doctors I have dealt with do not consider the patient, they only look at test results and push pills to treat symptoms rather than try to find causes and cures. Back to Basics Medical is a wonderful breath of fresh air!

This is the most common sense, patient-focused practice around today. Reminiscent of when medicine was for the good of the patient and not dictated by big pharma, HMO’s, and medical conglomerates.
